Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original Zuri packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
